Plenty of greens as perennial vegetable shoots are now in season here!

One of my Allium senescens x nutans hybrids grows fast when moved into the house into the living room… it has a good view!

I force dandelion roots…first in the cellar (about +5C) and the last week in a cold room in the house (about +10C). Delicious mid-winter greens!
