25 different edible tubers of 16 species!

It was Christmas 2013 and my family could sample 25 different edible tubers of 16 species, all grown in my garden!

Here they are:  Polymnia edulis (Yacon),  Oxalis tuberosa (Oca) *4 varieties,  Dahlia cultivar, Tigridia pavonia, Cirsium tuberosum, Brachychiton populneus,  Canna edulis, Madeira Vine, Mashua, Jerusalem Artichoke “Dave’s Shrine”, Lilium martagon, Hamburg parsley, Colocasia esculenta, Parsnip, Ulluco and Potato *7 varieties (including Blue Congo, Kampion and Highland Burgundy).
