Spent the weekend harvesting some of the late harvest vegetables: Carrots, skirret, scorzonera, chicory, swiss chards, perennial kales etc. Still some chicories, parsnip, burdock, swedes, kales to harvest next weekend. Also moved some of my pot plants into the cellar where they will hibernate in the dark until April/May. So glad I have a proper old fashioned cold cellar under the house (4 rooms that you can stand up in).
