World record ferment competition results

As I announced on Saturday morning, a signed copy of my book “Around the world in 80 plants” would be given to whoever had the closest guess as to how many ingredients would be in Rita Amundsen’s world record ferment.

As announced a few minutes ago here http://www.edimentals.com/blog/?page_id=1576 the grand total was 412 and we have a winner! There were in total 30 guesses before the announcement was made at around 1800 on Saturday evening. I’m afraid later entries were disqualified!

In joint second place were
Line Cathrin Ekseth and Joshua Christian (450; +38)

AND THE WINNER IS SJUR LUNDE (380; -32)! Congratulations (I will need your address)!
(I will wait 24 hours in case anyone disputes this result and believes they guessed closer)
