Broad bean falafel

Broad or fava beans / Bondebønner were the original bean used for falafel and hummus and much more tasty than chick peas in my opinion! In addition, most people can grow them from the Mediterranean countries to the far north of Norway! Here they are being made into falafel with onions, apple, chilis, garlic and golpar (Heracleum persicum / Tromsøpalme spice) with barley flour…
