On 25th May, I participated on a tour of Incredible Edible Todmorden, ably lead by Estelle Brown. I was blown away! There was much more to see than I had imagined! I would recommend it to anybody who EATS! Here are some pictures starting with my arrival on the Todmorden express the night before, passing through two towns I have long known about just before reaching my destination, made famous by the local dish Easter Ledge Pudding which uses bistort among the ingredients!
