Nettles and Ramsons Quiche

One of my favourite spring dishes is nettle and ramsons quiche, the ramsons cultivated on the north side of the house! Tonight’s dinner!

My ramsons (ramsløk) are growing well on the north side of the house under a group of Hostas!

The finished quiche with 100% wholegrain rye and barley crust! Yum!!
