Fenugreek Methi

2 years ago I was sprouting fenugreek seed….
i would really like to have an early maturing variety as not many seed manage to mature in my climate. 2 years ago, I started a selection project for early maturing with about 8 varieties, mostly from the German seed bank, IPK Gatersleben. Unfortunately, my second year of selecting was a disaster as a record cold summer resulted in zero seeds maturing :(
I love fenugreek as a multi-purpose vegetable and spice, used young for sprouts, older greens (Methi in India) in mid-summer and then the seeds as a spice for curries etc.
