….only a few miles from where I grew up!

It is planned to look for edibles in the city centre parks nearby! Since they were redone some years ago, I’ve been impressed by the planting and the wide range of species to be found here, many of which are edible!

I popped in yesterday with a box of books to sell on the night and took the opportunity to have another look in the two closest parks. Follow the link for an album of pictures of some 50 edible plants I found in an hour’s visit, some edimentals, others weeds…and 16 of them can be found in my book!
