I just received what is probably the best, at the least most extensive, foraging book in Europe, Steffen Fleischhauer’s “Enzyklopädie der essbaren Wildpflanzen” featuring 1500 edible plants of Central Europe. Just a shame, for me at least, that it’s in German! Thanks to Luise who told me I should have this book! She was right!
