Interview about Around the world in 80 plants on Gastropod!

Just put on-line is the latest edition of Gastropod from New England in which I’m interviewed about the book.  We talk about the original Norwegian roof top gardens, megasalads inspired by Mediterranean multispecies dishes and the origin of borscht! One of my salads is shown towards the bottom of the page! An interesting match with the other interview featured about potato diversity, particularly as the salad on the front of the book features chunks of the heirloom Norwegian/Swedish blue potato Blå Kongo (Blue Congo).
