The new Edimentals seed trade list for 2015-2016

Updated 14th February 2016
Welcome to my new seed trade list for 2015-16.
13, 14 and 15 in brackets indicates the harvesting year for the seed. Concerning seed quantity: as I don’t have many plants of each species, seed quantity is limited in most cases. Therefore, for some species you may only get a few seeds. Many species are harvested in my garden. Others are surplus from trade and purchase. OUT: Means out of stock.
Sometimes I sell surplus seed (if time allows), although this is unlikely this season.
NB! Cultivars do not always come true. I offer them anyway, but no guarantees to what you will get!
Botanical Name (year of harvest)
NB! Traditional vegetables are at the end of the list with (mostly) common English names first.

  1. We have a 1-acre edible landscape in Northern Utah which is home to our business Nutritional Solutions (consulting for cancer patients) and retreat center (PoSH, permaculture solutions for healing). Would love seeds for Aster scaber, which we’ve been unable to source elsewhere. May we purchase from your trade list?

  2. Sorry if it’s a stupid question but how do I “throw my hat on the ring” to join in the sharing and swapping or is this not possible? I live in England and to be fair don’t have a great deal to swap but I have some

      1. Ha ha, I’ll bet it was easier writing my review than it was writing your book. I’d say you are still comfortably in credit. If you don’t mind sending me a few packets though, they would be gratefully accepted. Should I message you on facebook? Thanks so much

  3. Thanks so much Stephen. I’ve sent the email. If you are able to provide some seed that would be lovely. Thanks again

  4. Hi!

I would be interested in the lilium carneolicum, cause they are native to my homecountry. :-) (and lilies are my favourite flowers :-)
Unfortunately I do not have a wide range of seeds to offer, as my lilies are all in their early stadiums and can’t flower yet.
I do have a view Ixiolirium tartaricum. (Blue mountain lily) that my plants produced this year, that i could send over to you.

Would that be something you are interested in?

    Thank you for considerung

    All the best

    Nathalie

    1. Sorry, but I don’t trade in the summer and I’m pretty sure those seeds are “sold out”..
Look out for my new list in the winter.
      Best regards, Stephen
