Broad bean patties

Home grown broad beans (bondebønner), dried, soaked and made into patties using my own slow food falafel recipe. Cook the broad beans for 1-2 hours (on the wood stove) mix with golpar (Heracleum persicum / giant hogweed or tromsøpalme ground seed), garlic, chili and salt. Mix with a little egg and 100% rye flour to bind and finally fry in oil!OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
