{"id":22329,"date":"2019-05-26T20:32:27","date_gmt":"2019-05-26T18:32:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=22329"},"modified":"2019-05-26T20:46:47","modified_gmt":"2019-05-26T18:46:47","slug":"st-georges-mushroom-a-new-edible-for-the-edible-garden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=22329","title":{"rendered":"St. George&#8217;s Mushroom: a new edible for The Edible Garden!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve been hoping this species would one day arrive in the garden and a week ago I noticed a small group of St George&#8217;s Mushroom (V\u00e5rfagerh<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">att) or Calocybe gambosa emerging right next to where I sit in the garden next to a birch tree and on the edge of what was once a &#8220;lawn&#8221;. This spring fruiting species has its English name as it usually appears around St. George&#8217;s Day, 23rd April, a month later up here in the north!<\/span><\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery
