Tonight’s dinner, skirret-chufa stir-fry.

All the ingredeints, all stored in cellar and kitche; others – bul onions, carrots (4 types), swiss chard, garlic, chili and lettuce

The cores of the skirret were quite small (some people report quite a big fibrous core reducing the yield)
