You will see a special screening of Michael Pollan&#8217;s \u00a0documentary \u201cIn Defense of Food\u201d, experience among other things a multi-species dish showing off the incredible abundance of food available to us in Tr\u00f8ndelag, even early in March. The food will be a collaboration between myself, gourmet restaurant Credo in Trondheim (<\/span><\/span><span class=\"_5u8u\" spellcheck=\"false\" data-offset-key=\"98md2-1-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"98md2-1-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Heidi Bjerkan<\/span><\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"98md2-2-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">) and the organic farm they work\u00a0with, Skj\u00f8lberg S\u00f8ndre (Carl Erik Nielsen \u00d8stlund and <\/span><\/span><span class=\"_5u8u\" spellcheck=\"false\" data-offset-key=\"98md2-3-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"98md2-3-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Elin \u00d6stlund<\/span><\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"98md2-4-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">). There will also be a Food Talk after the film between us 3 (Heidi, Carl Erik and myself) together with producer and director Michael Schwarz!
