Despite the dreadful weather, we visited all 3 of my sites &#8211; the onion garden Chicago at the Ringve Botanical Gardens followed by the V\u00e6res Venners Community Garden and, finally, my own garden The Edible Garden (this is the first time I&#8217;ve taken a group to all 3 sites!).<br \/>Those that took part were two of the &#8220;lines&#8221;: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.folkehogskole.no\/school\/fosen\/sjolberging-20\">The Self-sufficiency line <\/a>and the\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.folkehogskole.no\/school\/fosen\/okologisk-smabruk\">The Organic Farming line (small scale).<\/a><br \/>The Organic Farming line were only on the first two visits, so the picture only shows the Self-sufficiency folk!<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-31094 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/P1087607.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"589\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/P1087607.jpg 800w, http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/P1087607-300x221.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/P1087607-768x565.jpg 768w, http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/P1087607-640x471.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><br \/><br \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s always a pleasure to spend time with students from the Fosen Folk High School from the other side of the fjord.
