{"id":30166,"date":"2022-06-02T09:55:44","date_gmt":"2022-06-02T07:55:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=30166"},"modified":"2022-06-02T09:55:45","modified_gmt":"2022-06-02T07:55:45","slug":"st-georges-ramsons-and-red-leaved-dandelion-pasta-with-hosta-icicles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=30166","title":{"rendered":"St. George&#8217;s, ramsons and red-leaved dandelion pasta with Hosta icicles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Earlier this week with little time to make dinner this was the unlikely result: St. George&#8217;s, ramsons and red-leaved dandelion leftover pasta with Hosta icicles in Japanese dip.\u00a0<br \/>Earlier in the day I had noticed a patch of St George&#8217;s Mushroom \/ v\u00e5rfagerhatt (<em>Calocybe gambosa<\/em>) in the same spot it had turned up for the first time 3 years ago (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=22329\">St. George&#8217;s Mushroom<\/a>). They were then stir-fried with ramsons (ramsl\u00f8k) and red-leaved dandelion (<em>Taraxacum rubifolium<\/em>) and some left-over wholewheat spelt pasta and were served with fried egg on home made garlic toast with a few prawns and some blanched Hosta &#8220;Big Daddy&#8221; shoots (Hosta icicles) as a side salad with an olive oil \/soy sauce dip and the last bottle of St. Peter&#8217;s organic
