be in most meals from now to September<br \/>Parsley \/ persille\u00a0<br \/>Ground elder \/ skvallerk\u00e5l<br \/>Perpetual spinach (<em>Beta vulgaris var flavescens<\/em>)<br \/>Moss leaved dandelion (<em>Taraxacum sublaciniosum<\/em> &#8220;Delikatess&#8221;)<br \/>Oregano \/ bergmynte (<em>Origanum vulgare<\/em>)<br \/>Chopsuey greens (<em>Glebionis coronaria<\/em>); I&#8217;m growing out about 10 varieties from IPK Gatersleben this year<br \/>Day lily \/ daglije (<em>Hemerocallis<\/em>): flower buds from two species<br \/><em>Urtica kiovensis<\/em> (nettle \/ nesle)\u00a0<br \/>Nodding onion \/ Pr\u00e6riel\u00f8k (<em>Allium cernuum<\/em>) flower scapes<br \/><em>Hablitzia tamnoides<\/em> (Caucasian spinach \/ stjernemelde) leaves<br \/><em>Rumex patientia<\/em> (Patience dock \/ hagesyre)<br \/><em>Rumex acetosa<\/em> (non-flowering); sorrel \/ engsyre<br \/>Perennial kale \/ fler\u00e5rig k\u00e5l (<em>Brassica oleracea<\/em>)<br \/>Dandelion \/ l\u00f8vetann (<em>Taraxacum officinale<\/em>)<br \/>Sherpa or Nepal onion \/ Sherpal\u00f8k (<em>Allium wallichii<\/em>)<br \/><br \/>Used in a green pasta sauce with wholegrain spelt
