{"id":28955,"date":"2021-05-22T18:46:27","date_gmt":"2021-05-22T16:46:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=28955"},"modified":"2021-05-22T19:13:56","modified_gmt":"2021-05-22T17:13:56","slug":"broad-bean-fava-pakora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=28955","title":{"rendered":"Broad bean (fava) pakora"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br \/>A little over a year ago we made pakora (Indian fried vegetables) with 65 perennial vegetables to celebrate my 65th birthday (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=25405\">https:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=25405<\/a>)<br \/>I made the following comment:<em> &#8220;Just wish I\u2019d had broad \/ fava bean (bondeb\u00f8nne) flour available for the pakoras rather than gram flour (chick peas)\u2026next time I hope :)&#8221;<br \/><\/em>Well, my wish came true and a Swedish guy kindly sent me a packet (sorry, I forget your name, but I think he produces this great slow food product; see <a href=\"http:\/\/svensk-fava.se\">http:\/\/svensk-fava.se<\/a>).\u00a0<br \/>(I don&#8217;t have the equipment to grind my own broad beans). So here you are. The album below shows the flour,\u00a0 the pakora mixture, the 30 veggies used (list at the bottom) and the final delicious product, a dream come true, something I&#8217;ve wanted to make and talked
