{"id":22117,"date":"2019-05-18T12:20:19","date_gmt":"2019-05-18T10:20:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=22117"},"modified":"2019-05-18T14:25:37","modified_gmt":"2019-05-18T12:25:37","slug":"visit-from-permalin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?p=22117","title":{"rendered":"Visit from Permalin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-offset-key=\"4ls0e-0-0\">Lovely visit and the year&#8217;s first picnic last night from Permalin Farm, currently being established in Agdenes Kommune, just south of Lensvik (see permalin.no). <\/span><span class=\"_247o\" spellcheck=\"false\" data-offset-key=\"4ls0e-1-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"4ls0e-1-0\">Dominika Bu\u010dkov\u00e1<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"4ls0e-2-0\"> and H\u00e5kon Nilsen estabished a student company producing delicious 100% flax flour bread in Telemark (Linbakst; see the following video in Norwegian: https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VkGsbhMlZrI) using a method to remove cyanide from the flour, so that authority regulations to limit consumption of flax seed can be safely circumnavigated. They are now moving the business to their permaculture inspired farm in Tr\u00f8ndelag. I&#8217;ll be doing a workshop at the farm during their Farming in Harmony with Nature Summer Festival on 27th-28th July.
