It not only can produce a cup of coffee each year, but its ripe fruit eaten fresh are delicious and if you filled your house with them you could use them to make juice and alcoholic beverages. Aren&#8217;t the berries a waste product of coffee production? Why don&#8217;t we see coffee juice for sale? The leaves can also be used to make &#8220;Coffee Tea&#8221; (perfect for those who can\u2019t decide if they will have coffee or tea). Both are also high in coffeine. It is also a fantastic edimental, just look at the plant in full flower and the red berries are also attractive set against the dark green glossy leaves. A warning though, if you filled your house with coffee plants, the perfume from the flowering plants would overpower you!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3997\"
