See my blog on last year&#8217;s Fantasy Salad competition here:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?page_id=820\">\u00a0\u00a0http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?page_id=820<br \/>\n<\/a>..and Aiah&#8217;s Naturplanteskole visit to Malvik earlier in the summer here: \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?page_id=1904\">http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?page_id=1904<br \/>\n<\/a>My visit to\u00a0Det \u00d8kologiske Gartneri (Organic Nursery) at Grennessminde coincided with a seminar\u00a0amongst Danish micro-breeders, which I was also invited to!<\/p>\n<p>The group was invited to sample edible plants from the Fantasilater beds and the NOMA bed, introduced by Aiah Noack who brought the concept to Grennessminde a few years ago. \u00a0Chefs of that world renowned restaurant in Copenhagen visit frequently to collect hundreds of flowers of over 60 varieties (see a previous blog report on this here: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?page_id=1838\">http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?page_id=1838<\/a><a href=\"%20http:\/\/www.edimentals.com\/blog\/?page_id=1838)\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">).<\/span><br \/>\n<\/a><br \/>\nThe seminar was at AgroTech, where we were shown around the\u00a0labs where they count chromosome numbers, perform\u00a0 embryo rescue techniques and the group\u00a0were inspired by ongoing\u00a0breeding and testing projects on \u00a0herbs, alternative grain crops, and others.
