We needed more greens to add volume and a few more species, so after most of the course participants had left, the hard core foragers headed down to the beach. We were an international group with <span class=\"fwb\"><a id=\"js_d1\" class=\"profileLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/arna.mathiesen\" data-ft=\"{&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;l&quot;}\" data-hovercard=\"\/ajax\/hovercard\/user.php?id=571746582\">Arna Mathiesen<\/a><\/span> \u00a0and\u00a0<a id=\"js_cr\" class=\"_wpv\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=1539874226&amp;fref=nf\" data-hovercard=\"\/ajax\/hovercard\/user.php?id=1539874226&amp;extragetparams=%7B%22fref%22%3A%22nf%22%7D\">Kolbr\u00fan \u00de\u00f3ra Oddsd\u00f3ttir<\/a>\u00a0(originally from Iceland), Rita Amundsen (from Finland), Tijana Gajic (from Bosnia), Veronica Samycia (France) and me (UK)!<br \/>\nWe picked 27 new varieties which brings our claimed world record to 412 plant parts&#8230;.
